67th Stop - Albuquerque Pt. 2

Our last leg out of Utah had a very sweet moment between D and Q. Q was reading Green Eggs and Ham to D. D later was "reading" it to herself.
We pulled into Albuquerque early enough for one last trip to the science center. We enjoyed a massive Keva Block creation, some fun giant lego builds, and one last trip to the very fun bubble room. And we couldn't resist one last ride on the tightrope bike.
Also, just another shout out to this amazing science center. They have a puzzle section which they frequently switch which puzzles are out. Here are just a couple that Gary solved (and Megan frustrated herself to no end...)
The kind family that invited us over for dinner when we first were in Albuquerque graciously allowed us to come back and stay the night with them, so we would not have to open the trailer for just one night.
They introduced us to the flavoring to Costco's Hatch Green Chili Bacon. It comes with an amazing story.
After buying this bacon for a while, our host wanted a large batch of it for a family reunion. Upon request, she sees the person behind the deli counter take a normal batch of bacon and sprinkle the amazing powder upon it. So she asked if they sell the seasoning by itself. They did not, so she hounded them until they gave her the name of their supplier.
She called the supplier and found that they do sell their products, but only by the pallet. So... she bought an entire pallet of it haha. And then generously gifted us one of their packets. It is fabulously delicious :)
